该项目利用高科技技术，将木薯、马铃薯等淀粉加上食品级助剂，合成生物基生物降解材料，用于食品包装、农业、文具、玩具、家具等塑料替代品。

The project uses high-tech technology adds food-grade additives to starches such as cassava, potatoes and other food, syntheses biodegradable materials and applies them in food packaging, agriculture, stationery, toys, furniture and other plastic substitutes.

（二）项目投资估算：总投资10.2亿元，企业自筹。
