Ⅰ Project Content

紫砂又名为紫砂陶土或紫色粘土,是一种以高岭石为主的含铁量高和相当量粉砂级石英等成分组成的泥岩。它可直接用来制成陶器,因其制品具紫红、褐红、猪肝细而得名。紫砂色泽深沉、软硬兼备,质地优良,对制陶瓷原料制备、成型、烧成等工艺都能适应。其制品有茶具、工艺品、花盆、建筑用墙地砖亦初具成色,质量和工艺性十分适宜,是较优质的紫色陶瓷原料。我县紫砂陶土储量有10亿吨，紫砂器含铁量较高，经1200摄氏度烧成后，胎质坚细，颗粒分布均匀，色以古铜为主，叩之有金属之声。全方位打造平定县紫砂产业基地，包含：紫砂研究院、大师工作室、紫砂类产品生产线等，努力打造"南宜兴·北平定"紫砂产业发展基地。紫砂主要产品有紫砂壶、餐具、酒具、咖啡具、茶具、砂锅、透水砖、墙地砖等。

The purple sand has deep color, combines the character of soft with the character of hard, and has excellent texture, which can be adapted to the process of preparation, molding, sintering of ceramic raw material. Its products includes tea sets, handicrafts, flower pots, building walls and floor tiles whose quality and workmanship is very suitable. The purple sand is a kind of excellent raw material of quality purple ceramic. The reserves of purple sand clay in our county are 1 billion tons the iron content of purple sand vessel is relatively high. After being fired at 1200 degrees Celsius, the sand is firm and fine and the particle is in homogeneous distribution with the color of ancient copper, and audible metallic-like sound. The project will build a purple sand industrial base in Pingding County in an all-round way, including: purple sand research institute, master studio, production line of purple sand products and so on, and made great efforts to build development base of the purple sand industry of "south Yixing ,North Pingding". The main products purple sand include purple sand pots, table wares, coffee wares, tea ware, clay pots, permeable bricks, wall and floor tiles and so on

该项目占地800亩，分两期建设；一期占地500亩，投资25亿元建设紫砂壶生产线和民用陶瓷生产线；二期占地300亩，投资25亿元建设建筑陶瓷生产线。
