项目建设内容及规模：灵丘县新材料产业园主要建设三大板块（综合服务板块、居住配套板块、工业生产加工板块）和七大分区（综合商务区、商贸市场区、物流仓储区、生态宜居社区、新材料产业区、节能环保产业区、新能源产业区）。

Construction contents and scale of the Project:: Lingqiu County industry park of new materials mainly includes constructions of three sections integrated services section, residential supporting section, industrial production and processing section and seven major sub-areas comprehensive business area, trade and market area, logistics and storage area, ecological habitable communities, new materials industrial area, energy conservation and environmental protection industrial area, new energy industrial area.
