项目属于新建项目,需要面积3000平米以上的楼宇,打造智齿人工+AI智能客服呼叫中心,拟引入深度学习、神经网络等先进人工智能算法。将自然语言理解、机器学习及大数据技术有效整合,构建包括云呼叫中心、智能机器人客服、人工在线客服、工单系统在内的智能全客服平台。
