三、基本情况：本项目第一期年产12万吨镍（镍钴铁）合金材料，建设成高品位、高质量的园林化生产工厂，既要利润，又要环境优美宜人，厂区绿化率达到46.67。需要150亩，99900平方米，其中：建筑面积占地53280平方米，绿化面积占地46620平方米，厂区绿化率达到46.67。

四、项目总投资：本项目投资总额为4.17亿元，其中：固定资产投资3.17亿元，铺底流动资金0.5亿元。项目所需资金全部由企业自筹解决（包括引进资金、股本融资、银行贷款等）。
