Ⅰ Project Contents

1.项目背景：项目以灵石县现有东方希望铝工业循环园基础，充分利用我县氧化铝资源，上马电解铝及铝材项目，就地转化产能，实现铝土矿、煤、电、电网、氧化铝、电解铝、铝合金完整产业链。

1. Project background: the project is based on the existing Dongfang Hope Aluminum Industry Recycling Park in Lingshi County, making full use of our county's alumina resources, embarking on the project of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum, converting production capacity on the spot and constructing the complete industrial chain of bauxite, coal, power grid, alumina, electrolytic aluminum and aluminum alloy.

2.项目建设内容及规模：项目选址灵石县段纯镇，主要建设30万吨/年电解铝和10万吨/年铝材生产线。

2. Construction contents and scale of the project: The project is sited in Duanchun Town ,Lingshi County, and it mainly constructs the production lines of the annual output of 300,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum and 100000 tons  of aluminum.

（二）项目投资估算：600000万元人民币。

IIProject investment Budget: The total investment is 6 billion yuan.

（三）项目配套条件：场地、道路、水、电、气、通讯及其它配套设施。

IIISupporting terms: it includes the site, roads, water, electricity, gas, communications and other supporting facilities.

（四）项目市场预测及效益分析

IV Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis:

项目建成后，将带动灵石冶金、化工、建材、机械、物流等配套产业的集群发展。项目投产后，将实现年营业收入800000万元，利税100000万元，可解决就业2000多人。

After the completion of the project, it will drive the clustering developments of Lingshi Metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, machinery, logistics and other supporting industries. After the project is put into operation, the annual business income will be 8 billion yuan, the profits and taxes will be 1 billion yuan, and more than 2000 people will be employed.
