三、项目简介：项目产品主要目标市场定位于航空航天、轨道车辆、集装箱等领域用铝合金板，热交换器用铝合金复合板带箔材，数字印刷用CTP版基等。本项目主要生产设施包括热轧车间、冷轧车间，试验室、机修车间、66kV变电站、10kV配电站、循环水泵站（含纯水站）、生活及消防泵站、废水处理站、地埋式生活污水处理站、换热站、压缩空气站、液氮气化站、轧制油及桶装油库、备件间、办公楼、食堂、浴室、倒班楼、厂区道路及厂区管网等。

Project profile: the main target market of the products of the project is aluminum alloy plates used for aerospace, rail vehicles, containers and other fields, aluminum alloy compound plates, strips and foils for heat exchanger, CTP plate base for digital printing, etc. The main production facilities of this project include hot rolling workshop, cold rolling workshop, laboratory, mechanic workshop, 66kV substation, 10kV distribution station, circulating water pump station including pure water station, domestic and fire pump station, wastewater treatment station, buried domestic sewage treatment station, heat exchange station, compressed air station, liquid nitrogen gasification station, rolling oil and barreled oil depot, spare parts room, office building, canteen, bathroom, shift building, factory road and plant pipe network, etc.

四、项目投资概算：建设投资17亿元，总投资23亿元。
