神池县地处黄土高原缓坡丘陵沙区，属温带大陆性季风气候，其主要特征是：冬季漫长而寒冷，春季干旱且多风，夏季温和无酷暑，秋季凉爽多连雨。年平均气温4.6℃，年平均降水量为481毫米，年平均日照时数为2816.7小时，无霜期平均110天。境内平均海拔1547米，全县总面积1472平方米，可耕地面积93万亩，天然牧草60万亩，林地面积102万亩，土壤和自然环境适合种植的药材有党参、黄芪、黄芩、防风和柴胡等，这里土地、劳动力资源丰富，生产成本低。开发中药材种植及加工项目条件有利。

Shenchi County locates in the desert area of gentle slope hills, it belongs to the temperate continental monsoon climate which major characteristics are that the winter is long and cold, the spring is dry and windy, the summer is mild without heat and the autumn is cool and rainy. The average annual temperature is 4.6 ℃, the average annual precipitation is 481 mm, the annual average sunshine hour is 2816.7 hours and the average frost-free season is 110 days. The average elevation in the territory is about 1547 meter, the total area of whole county is 1472 square meter, the arable area is 930 thousand mu, the natural grass area is 600 thousand mu and the forestland area is 1.02 million mu, the medicinal herbs suitable for planting in this soil and natural environment include the codonopsis pilosula, astragalus membranaceus, scutellaria baicalensis, saposhnikovia divaricata and radix bupleuri. The land and labor resources in this county are abundant and the production cost is very low. The development conditions of Chinese medicinal herbs planting and processing project are favorable.

（一）项目建设规模：建设600平方米种植大棚10座。

Project Construction Scale: Build ten planting greenhouses which independent area is 600 square meter.

（二）项目建设内容：新建3000平方米加工炮制车间、5000平方米仓库，以及其他配套设施。

Project Construction Content: Build the concocted processing workshop of 3000 square meter, warehouse of 5000 square meter and other auxiliary facilities.

（三）项目投资估算：总投资为2200万元。

Project Investment Budget: Total investment is 22 million Yuan.
