1、项目背景概况：右玉县海拔1600多米，是西伯利亚冷空气由西北向东南移动的必经地带，由于地势低洼开阔，为全国少有的风口谷地，属风能资源最佳区。

Project Background: The elevation of Youyu County is over 1600 meters and it is the unavoidable route that Siberia cold air moving from northwest to southeast. Because the land is low and open, it is the wind gap valley rare in the country which is the best area of wind energy resources

2、项目建设内容及规模：5万千瓦风电，安装风电机组及声压建设工程。

Project Construction Content and Scale: 50 thousand KW wind power, wind turbine installation and sound pressure construction project.

（二）项目投资估算：总投资5.8亿元。

Project Investment Budget: Project total investment is 580 million Yuan.

（三）项目配套条件：该项目位于右玉县，纬度高，光照时间长，交通便利。

Project Supporting terms: The project locates in Youyu County, the latitude is high, the light duration is long and the transportation is convenient.

（四）项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：预计项目全部建成后，年发电量1.5亿千瓦时。

Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis: After the project completion, the estimated annual generating capacity is 150 million KWH.

五、项目申报初步会审进展情况：该项目符合国家产业政策，选址已经市县国土、环保、城建规划等部门初审同意，用地符合国家土地政策，经相关国土部门初审，并经环保部门初审。

Project Application and Preliminary Review Progress: This project complies with the national industrial policies, the project site ion has been preliminarily approved by Land and Resources Bureau, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Urban Construction Bureau of county and city, the land using complies with the national land policies and the preliminary approvals of relevant Land and Resources Bureau and Ministry of Environmental Protection have been obtained.
