垣曲县地处中条山麓，黄河岸畔，是山西省与河南省的交界处，国土总面积1620平方公里，总人口23.1万。

Yuanqu County is located in foothill of Zhongtiao Mountain and on the bank of the Yellow River. It is at the junction of Shanxi Province and Henan Province, covering an area of 1,620 square kilometers with the total population of 231,000.

项目总投资约8.5亿元人民币，所在地为垣曲县低碳循环经济产业聚集区内，该项目建筑物地基占地约86000平方米，项目规划总建筑面积约220000平方米，绿化面积约15000平方米。主要从事电子产品LED光源照明及电子线路板研发、应用、生产、销售业务、生产总部、物流中心，项目预计达到年产值为1000000.00万元/年。该项目将分期建设，其中一期建设为3栋砖混结构标准化厂房120000㎡及附属工程；二期建设为2栋砖混标准化厂房100000㎡及附属工程。该项目建设符合国家和垣曲县发展规划，有利于促进垣曲县电子产品产业集群化发展，此外，项目每年为社会提供2000个就业岗位，每年可为垣曲县增加财政税收6000万元，对县域经济和社会发展具有积极的推动作用。

The total investment of the project is about 850 million yuan. The location is in the low-carbon recycling economic industrial clusters of Yuanqu County. The foundations of constructions cover an area of about 86,000 square meters. The total planned construction area of the project is about 220,000 square meters, and the green area is about 15,000 square meters. Mainly engaged in research and development, application, production, sales, production headquarters and logistics center of LED light source of electronic products and electronic circuit boards, the project is expected to reach an annual output value of 10 billion yuan. Construction of the project will be divided into phases. The first phase will be for construction of three brick-concrete standardized workshops of 120,000 m2 and the ancillary works the second phase will be for construction of two brick-concrete standardized workshops of 100,000 m2 and the ancillary works. Construction of the project is in line with the development plan of Yuanqu County and the country, which will promote the clustering developments of the electronics industry in Yuanqu County. In addition, the project can provides 2000 jobs for the society every year, and can increase the fiscal levy of 60 million yuan per year for Yuanqu County, playing a positive role in promoting economy of the county and social development.
